These General Conditions govern:

Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.

A.1 Access and availability
The sites are accessible 24/7, except for maintenance or force majeure. VILLAE HOME DESIGN cannot be held responsible for any unavailability.
A.2 Customer account
Creating an account (optional for browsing) requires accurate and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details.
A.3 Intellectual property
All content (texts, visuals, logos, photos, models) is protected. Any reproduction, distribution or adaptation is prohibited without written permission.
A.4 Prohibited behaviors
Fraudulent use of the site, data collection, intrusion, sending of illegal content, infringement of third party rights.
A.5 External links
Links to third-party sites are provided as a convenience. VILLAE HOME DESIGN is not responsible for their content or policies.

B — GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)
B.1 Products
Descriptions and photos illustrate the products. Slight variations (color, craftsmanship, or material) may occur without affecting use. Dimensions are given as a guideline ± tolerance.
B.2 Price
Prices in euros, including VAT (current rate), excluding delivery charges. VILLAE HOME DESIGN reserves the right to change prices at any time; invoicing is based on the price displayed when the order is validated.
B.3 Order
4-step process: basket → contact details/delivery → payment → confirmation.
Final validation by "acceptance click" is equivalent to an electronic signature . A summary email is sent. VILLAE HOME DESIGN reserves the right to refuse any abnormal or bad faith order.
B.4 Payment
Accepted methods: Credit card via Stripe/PayPal mainly but certain interior design services or appointments can be paid for by check or cash.
Bank details are processed by certified service providers; VILLAE HOME DESIGN does not store your card numbers. The order is final upon payment authorization.
B.5 Availability
In case of unavailability after ordering, we will inform you and proceed with a refund or an exchange/delay proposal .
B.6 Delivery
- Delivery areas : Metropolitan France and EU
- Carriers / indicative delivery times : Carrier of our service providers – up to 15 working days after order.
- Delivery costs : free postage
- Reception : upon delivery, check the condition of the package. In the event of damage, make specific reservations on the delivery slip and contact us within 48 hours .
Transfer of risks upon receipt by the customer (or designated third party).
Withdrawal : see B.8.
B.7 Retention of title
The products remain the property of VILLAE HOME DESIGN until full payment.
B.8 Right of withdrawal (Consumer customers)
You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason.

Return within 14 days after notification, new product , complete and original packaging .
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.
Legal exclusions : personalized/custom-made products cannot be returned, for obvious reasons.
B.9 Returns & Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund you via the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days (excluding return shipping costs). In the event of depreciation (signs of use), a discount may be applied.
B.10 Legal guarantees
You benefit from legal guarantees:
- Conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. Consumer Code): conforming property, without defects.

Hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code): defect rendering the property unfit for use.
Implementation: Write to villaehomedesign@gmail.com with photos, order number, and description of the defect. Necessary costs (return/resend) will be covered if the warranty applies.
B.11 Liability
VILLAE HOME DESIGN is not responsible for indirect damages. The usage and maintenance instructions on the website or in the instructions must be followed.
B.12 Force majeure
No party is liable for a failure due to an unforeseeable and irresistible event within the meaning of French law (general strike, natural disaster, massive network failure, etc.).
B.13 Loyalty program – promo codes – gift cards
Where applicable, the terms and conditions (duration, scope, accumulation) are specified on the offer support. Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 12 months .
B.14 Customer reviews
Reviews may be moderated to avoid illegal or off-topic content.
No financial compensation is required to submit a review.

The products, designs, texts and visuals sold on the Site are protected. Any reproduction is prohibited without authorization.

See our Privacy Policy (purposes, duration, rights). The data required for the order is essential for its processing. You have GDPR rights (access, rectification, opposition, erasure, portability, limitation).
B.19 Partial nullity
If a clause is deemed void, the other provisions remain applicable.
B.20 Evidence / archiving
Electronic records stored in our systems under reasonable security conditions constitute proof of communications, orders and payments. Purchase orders and invoices are archived in accordance with legal requirements.
